You will need to use a flat screwdriver to pry up the latch if it does not rise. After that, the process is carried out again on the shock absorbers’ remaining ends.
After the replacement is finished, put the washing machine back on its feet. After that, take off the top cover and apply pressure with your hand to the washing tank. The work is done correctly if, following the push, the capacity returns to the previous level quickly.
